Title: Who's using Map Gas?

Is everyone using mapp gas these days or are some people still using good old acetylene?

   Mapp is all I've used for years.      I thought you would say propane not acetaline.     I didn't know alot of people used acetaline.

I use air/acetylene or oxy/acetylene.

I use mapp gas for smaller diameter pipe, b-tank for bigger stuff.

I use the Mapp gas. But, i will use the other stuff. Have a job coming up, I will probably use Acetylene on. ;D

Mapp gas for the hand torch.  B-tank for everything else

New construction I use air/acety and for repair i use mapp. On occasion I will use my air/acety B tank for repair when I need precise flame control. My mapp torch is the basic 50.00 POS it does have flame control but no choice of tips.
