This job occurred on sunday on eastern avenue in elsmere kentucky. Customer called stating the water was backing up in the basement and was getting worse due to the snow melting.

We attempted to clear the drain but was unsuccessful and referred this drain call to another company.

3 hours of persistent cleaning and the company hired managed to get the wastewater to go down without any guarantees that it would stay/remain opening.

A full garbage can of roots were removed form the piping which indicates that the piping system is compromised with the inability to prevent intrusions by roots from nearby trees.

Our equipment is suited best for jobs that are 100' and less. We were glad to refer this job to a well known drain cleaning company to better serve their needs.
