This was a huge hot topic in the city of independence for some time as they were wanting to move the new jail into the city limits, in a totally obscene location where it just didn't match the location whatsoever.

This new location they picked out is by far, out of the way for many and won't provide any hinderances.

There is a public park nearby which is cause for concern, but it's like anything else; bad people live and lurk everywhere and just because they aren't in jail, doesn't mean they do not exist.
