Title: Toilet Replacements on Windsor Way Florence Kentucky
Post by: DUNBAR PLUMBING on April 29, 2010, 11:24:54 PM
Dunbar Plumbing was called out to replace 3 toilets in a home on Windsor Way in Gunpowder Greens in Florence Kentucky. One of the 3 toilets was worked on by our company years ago regarding a leak through the ceiling into the living room. When we pulled the toilet, inspection revealed that the flange was angled heavily, recessed into the floor and the floor was damaged heavily around the flange. This was mentioned and shown to the property owner and did not give any guarantees as to resolve the issue, but to provide "time" until the justification of the major rework was acceptable.

The toilet had recently started to leak, show up in the ceiling as spotting and the customer has decided to go ahead and get this matter resolved once and for all. When we removed the toilet today it was obvious that it had been leaking once again, and we left the toilet off the flange to prepare for the rework.

Here is a picture album that shows what our work entails for the task that needs to be done to get this customer's closet flange corrected.
