The discussion in the video above has to do with tests (more than 3) that have revealed positive for high levels of testosterone, which in males is the equivalent to "juicing" or doing steroids, essentially.
The fellow in the interview above has a good line of questioning brought towards Sports Illustrated that commends Lance Armstrong for doing so much good and raising 100's of millions in the fight towards cancer,
is it such a big deal that yes; maybe he did cheat a little. That can be answered in duality by suggesting the question after the fact than before it, implying that no one would agree to set forth a plan in that design and think that's fair to all in the sport of competition.
In my personal opinion, no one likes a cheater, and once again, are we going to see another big name in the limelight of professional sports with an asterik behind the name?
