WASHINGTON (AP) -- Tax Day is a dreaded deadline for millions, but for nearly half of U.S. households it's simply somebody else's problem.

About 47 percent will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009. Either their incomes were too low, or they qualified for enough credits, deductions and exemptions to eliminate their liability. This was bound to happen, anyone could of predicted this was coming. With nearly half the americans not paying into the system, it is certainly an unfair one. Problem is, this slanted situation will never change, in any way. The independently wealthy will support the working class indefinitely, forever. There's simply no way around it.

The only suggestion worth making is to tighten your boot straps and expect more of the same, it will become more difficult in the years to come. No way around that situation.
