Should Dunbar Plumbing take on a job like this?  :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

Not a valid youtube URL[/youtube]

We certainly are not scared of the job, we just don't know how to correctly bid the job to know what's a "safe" bet so we don't commit to a price, miss the hardships along the way and lose money on the job.

I'd rather give the work away before taking a job and losing money. We might even run PEX for water lines in this structure, can you believe that?!?!?! :stfu:

Customer most likely will want copper, as the house had copper water lines before. The house, even though it is in bad shape has sentimental value to the owners and that's why they decided to save the house, move it further back onto the property.

The work that went into just moving the house, if you look at all the steel beams and wood was impressive. The cost to move was around $30,000.00 for 100 yards of travel.

The cost of the foundation walls, reconnects, everything will be double that and more.  :sign0085:

I'd be sayin'  :sign0135: before I spent that kind of money, but everyone deserves to spend money their own way.

If we get the job, we promise to take pictures/video of the progress of the work!
