Dunbar Plumbing was called out to replace a kitchen sink faucet off of Stith Road in Fort Wright Kentucky. Customer bought a Delta Faucet, Addison.

Our opinion on this faucet was favorable, installation of the faucet went well. This faucet incorporate its own supply lines so buying additional supply lines to connect to this faucet is not required.

Also comes with a soap dispensor that is adjustable for thick granite installations as well as thin such as stainless steel or composite sinks.

The faucet pull out spray has a magnetic connect where the spout comes in contact with the arch. Adjustable from aereated water to spray for cleaning of utensils. Has the new Diamond Seal Technology in the design of this faucet.

The operation of the faucet standing in front of it is as follows:

Pull to the right for on,

forward back is hot

forward front is cold

center is for mixed hot and cold.

Faucet has a 180 degree swing from right to left to reach all areas of sink below. Tall arch allows for bigger pots to easily maneuver under the spout. The pull out spray can pull out as far as 14"-18" that is weighted to retract the hose back to the arch of the faucet.


Customer appreciated the installation of this faucet as it added a great look to an already elegant kitchen. The existing faucet was a Delta Kitchen Sink Faucet with on deck spray, builders grade. Old faucet was removed with little to no effort, something unusual with that particular model given the corrosion that can lock the deck of the faucet to the sink it's attached to. Instead of a brass holding nut a pot metal nut was used, allowing age and minimal effort to crack the nut and release from the deck of the sink.

The reconnection of the water lines that are designed into the faucet were long enough to attach to the existing water supply shutoffs to both hot and cold.
