I've seen alot of these less than a year old with flapper problems. How about you guys?

The ones I've dealt with hover around 2 years and on. We have high chlorine contents in this area and causes those rubber flush valve seals to blister and leak, instantly.

I've been telling the customers to wait around 6-12 months and call the manufacture, tell them it is leaking. They'll send out new flush seals.

They'll call me to install it because both are a little odd to work, they are not just simple like a normal flapper.
